What can you contact us about?
Use this form to ask about the generator, report a problem with the website, suggest improvements to the guides or flag an accessibility issue. Explain what you were trying to do and what happened instead. SeedAddress generates a deterministic phrase from a location and password; it does not search for missing wallet words, access your funds or reset a wallet password.
How to report a technical problem
Tell us which page you visited, your browser and version, whether you were using a phone or computer, and the steps that led to the problem. Include the exact error message if it contains no private information. For a layout issue, describe the screen size and the control you could not use. If an example is necessary, reproduce the issue with invented inputs that have never been used for a wallet.
Keep recovery information private
Never send a seed phrase, password, private key or the real location used to derive your phrase. Check screenshots before attaching them anywhere: they may reveal the generator inputs or its output. You do not need to share these secrets to explain a website error. The name, email address and message entered in this form are sent to handle your request; read the privacy policy before submitting.
Read the guides before requesting help
If you want to reproduce a phrase previously created with SeedAddress, the recovery guide explains which inputs and settings must match. The BIP39 guide explains why a wallet passphrase is different from the password used by this generator. If your wallet originally generated a random seed phrase, SeedAddress cannot reconstruct it from an address. Check your independent backup and the documentation for your wallet.
